Terroir Mostly clay-limestone and sandy-loam soils.
Altitude from 100 to 450m. Yields 20 hl/ha.
Harvest Manually, with small capacity baskets and crates. Triple sorting: at harvest, in the rows and in the cellar.
Vinification Natural fermentation (no inputs) in truncated wooden tanks.
Gravity movements. Low intensity pneumatic press.
Maturing 23 months in wood (demi-muids), concrete and stainless steel 316
Bottling estate bottled, "fleur de liège" cork.
Aging potential 20 years
Tasting Very good structure. Powerful and elegant at the same time, thanks to the grape varieties selected: We kept the melowness of the Grenache, the freshness of Carignan, the depth of Syrah and finess and elegance of the Consult & Counoise.
